Diagnostic challenges in a patient with myocardial tuberculoma: A case report

ABSTRACT

We present a case of myocardial tuberculoma located in the right atrium.

Myocardial tuberculoma should be considered as possible cause of an intracardiac mass.

Treatment can be successful with anti-tuberculosis drugs [alone].

Surgery might be necessary.
