In-flow was stopped at the proximal neck using a detachable vascular plug (Amplatzer vascular plug-AVP; AGA Medical, Golden Valley, MN, USA) (Fig. 2). The procedure was uneventful, and the patient was discharged within a few days with improved renal function.
