Mentions: The Gh-D-J data set consisted of 251,816 sequences totalling ≈85.76 Mb (mean length 340 bp, Fig. 3), of which 105,264 (38.14 Mb) sequences were shared (Table 1). The repetitive elements in the sequences, Gh-D-J, were evaluated using the RepeatMasker (http://www.repeatmasker.org/).
