Mentions: Joubert syndrome is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by abnormal eye movements, nystagmus, and difficulty in following mobile objects with eyes, apnea-tachypnea episodes, and motor retardation. Molar tooth sign represents abnormal antero-posterior orientation of superior cerebellar peduncles in a way similar to stems of a molar tooth on axial CT or magnetic resonance (MR) images (Figure 6). It is mainly observed in patients with Joubert syndrome [5,6].
