Mentions: ROC curves were constructed for all patients. IPA and IPF, as well as XN and XE data, were analyzed separately. ROC curve for IPF from day 8 till the moment of platelet recovery after autologous SCT measured with the XN analyzer showed an area under curve (AUC) of 0.86.
