Here we have shown that the human HNSCC cell line SQ20B exhibits prominent changes in the proteome when AHSG expression is diminished... These proteins are critical for the tumorigenic cell properties of adhesion and migration... These data will help to identify mechanisms of tumorigenesis associated with AHSG.
