In the crystal structure of the title compound, C(16)H(19)N(2) (+)·C(8)H(10)NO(3)S(-)·H(2)O, the cations and anions are linked by O-H⋯O and N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming alternating layers parallel to the ac plane. An intra-molecular N-H⋯O hydrogen bond occurs in the anion. The crystal structure is further stabilized by π-π inter-actions, with centroid-centroid distances of 3.7240 (9) and 3.6803 (8) Å.
