fig5: Postoperative intraoral view following gingivectomy. Mentions: Considering the size and extent of gingival enlargement, a quadrant-wise gingivectomy was performed under local anaesthesia. An external bevel gingivectomy was done in all four quadrants. Mobile teeth were extracted at the time of surgery. Healing was uneventful.
