ABSTRACT

Patient is a 27 year old female status post right lower extremity four compartment release eight weeks prior. Patient now presents with new onset parathesia in the right foot and SFA occlusion by ultrasound. Aortogram with a right lower extremity runoff was performed via the left common femoral artery. The right mid superfiscial femoral artery was occluded. The right posterior tibial artery and anterior tibial artery are occluded. The right peroneal artery is occluded at the level of the trifurcation and above the level of the ankle. The right plantar arch is reconstituted witha misdsegment occlusion. Pulse wave thrombolysis with tpa was applied at the SFA occlusion and at the mid right peroneal artery with only modest results at both locations. DDX: Thromboembolism vs Vasculitidies.

No MeSH data available.
