Diagnosis: Renal Duplicity (duplication)

History: History of blunt trauma to abdomen during motor vehicle accident.

Findings: Absence of left kidney sinus incidentally noted on CT abdomen.

Ddx: Intrarenal mass (transitional cell carcinoma) Hypertrophied Column of Bertin

Exam: Unremarkable exam.
