ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Cerebellopontine angle meningioma

History: 31 year old female with chronic headaches.

Findings: On non-contrast CT of the head a hyperdense mass was seen in the left CPA angle. On MRI the mass was confirmed to be extraaxial and enhanced avidly.

Ddx: • Menigioma • Acoustic neuroma • Epidermoid • Arachnoid cyst • Metastasis
