ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Simple Bone Cyst (SBC), pathologic fracture

History: Left arm pain after minor trauma.

Findings: Fracture through a centrally located radiolucent lesion with cortical thinning and mild osseous expansion. The lesion is located in the proximal 1/3 of the left humerus, and has a narrow zone of transition.

Ddx: Simple bone cyst Aneurysmal Bone cyst

Dxhow: Typical imaging features

Exam: Pain with palpation and motion of the left arm. Distal pulses and sensation intact.
