Diagnosis: Ebstein anomaly

History: Infant with dyspnea on cyanosis on exertion

Findings: PA/Lat views of the chest demonstrates decreased pulmonary blood flow and enlarged cardiac silhouette

Ddx: Tetralogy of Fallot Tricupsid atresia Pulmonary atresia Ebstein anomaly

Dxhow: Typically with MRI

Exam: As above.
