Diagnosis: Congenital Bronchial Atresia

History: 65 year old female, afebrile with cough.

Findings: Hyperlucent/Hyperinflated basilar left lower lobe with central tubular opacity.

Ddx: Congenital Bronchial Atresia Congenital Lobar Emphysema Foreign Body Aspiration w/ Air Trapping Endobronchial Tumor w/ Air Trapping

Exam: Afebrile. Lungs Clear Bilaterally.
