ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Subependymoma of the fourth ventricle

History: This 66 year-old man developed optic neuritis and visual loss in his right eye that resolved with steroid treatment.

Findings: Contrast enhancing mass in the inferior portion of the fourth ventricle

Ddx: Choroid plexus papilloma Choroid plexus metastasis Subependymoma
