ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Right aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery

History: 3 year old male with history of drooling.

Findings: CXR: right-sided aortic arch Barium swallow: posterior impression upon the esophagus at level of T-5 vertebral body Enhanced chest CT: right aortic arch with aberrant origin of left subclavian artery

Ddx: right aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery

Exam: vital signs unremarkable physical exam normal
