Diagnosis: Paget Disease

History: 56 y/o male with left hip pain

Findings: Marked sclerosis and enlargement of the proximal left femur. No apparent involvement of the pelvis.

Ddx: Paget Disease Blastic metastasis Myelofibrosis

Dxhow: Laboratory and clinical/radiologic followup to exclude other entities.

Exam: Unremarkable.
