Diagnosis: Intraventricular Tumors

History: Unremitting headache for three weeks (the child was holding his head and screaming).

Findings: Lobulated intraventricular mass

Ddx: Choroid plexus papilloma Choroid plexus carcinoma Intraventricular meningioma Ependymoma

Exam: Papilledema

Choroid Plexus Papillomas are more common under the age of 5 yrs.  They are usually supratentorial in the trigone of the lateral ventricle.  They are often lobulated or irregular masses, and they may present with pan-ventricular or universal hydrocephalus.
