History: 39 yo male presented with painless hematuria.

Findings: 5.9 cm heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue mass with apparent left renal origin.

Ddx: Renal Cell Carcinoma Oncocytoma Angiomyolipoma Xanthogranulomatous Pyelonephritis/Abscess
