ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Multiple Sclerosis

History: 28 y.o. woman with variable signs and symptoms for two years.

Findings: Multiple variable sized abnormal white-matter hyperintensities, many in the periventricular region. There is marked thinning of the posterior body of the corpus callosum.

Ddx: • Multiple Sclerosis • Lyme Disease - Borreliosis • Hypertensive Vasculopathy

Dxhow: Imaging and clinical

No MeSH data available.


There are multiple foci of abnormal signal hyperintensity.  Most of these are small, and in the periventricular regions.
