ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Diagnosis: Infiltrating Lobular Carcinoma Grade I

History: History: 58 year old for screening mammogram

Ddx: Differential Diagnosis: focal asymmetric density focal asymmetric density: -mass in a area not included on the other view -mass that is obscured by dens tissue on the other projection -summation shadow -significant asymmetric breast tissue (3% of screening mammograms)

No MeSH data available.

The mass -- not the density-- may be seen retrospectively on CC view of the right breast. It is outlined by marker in the upper mid breast at approximately the 12:00 position.
