ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: orbital osteoid osteoma

History: 35 year old male with lumbar pain of unclear etiology.

Findings: Normal spine, with incidentally noted intense focal uptake at the superolateral left orbit.

Ddx: metastatic disease Brodie's abcess osteoid osteoma

Dxhow: Surgical excisional biopsy

Exam: Normal lumbar spine.
