ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Hodgkin's Lymphoma

History: 32 year old active duty soldier who presents with increasing shortness of breath and low grade fever.

Findings: Anterior mediastinal mass.

Ddx: Hodgkin's Lymphoma Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma Thymoma Thymolipoma Benign thymic hyperplasia Thyroid Masses Germ Cell Tumors.

Dxhow: Lab data.

Exam: Physical Exam: Vitals are normal. Gen: Thin white male. Non toxic appearing. Chest/Heent: Axillary adenopathy. Lungs are clear. Labs: Chem 7/UA normal. CBC shows Lymphocytosis with Reed Sternberg cells.
