ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Gardner's Syndrome

History: 15 year old female with strong family history of colonic polyps.

Findings: CT: bilateral rectus abdominus masses with heterogenous enhancement XR: focal cortical growth and thickening of the 4th metatarsal

Ddx: CT: desmoid, fibrosarcoma, metastasis XR: osteoma, healing stress fracture

Dxhow: colectomy
