ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Ebstein's Anomaly

History: Patient with a history of Ebstein's anomaly, status post tricuspid repair.

Findings: Frontal and lateral radiographs of the chest following surgical valvuloplasty of the tricuspid valve demonstrating decreased but persistent cardiomegaly and an increase in pulmonary vasculature. Frontal radiograph of the chest of the same patient 3 years prior to valve repair demonstrate pronounced cardiomegaly and a relative paucity of pulmonary vasculature.

Ddx: Ebstein's anomaly, pulmonary atresia with an intact ventricular septum, cardiac tumor, and high output cardiac failure.

Dxhow: Echocardiography

Exam: N/A

No MeSH data available.
