ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Epididymal cystadenomas, von Hippel-Lindau disease

History: 31 y.o. man with bilateral scrotal masses. PMH of previous resection of bilateral adrenal masses.

Findings: • Bilateral Epididymal Masses - cystic and solid heterogeneous - systemic disease - inflammatory vs. neoplastic • Pancreatic and Renal masses - heterogeneous - systemic disease

Ddx: • von Hippel-Lindau Disease • von Hippel-Lindau Syndrome • Chromosome 3 Disease

Dxhow: NIH diagnostic criteria
