History: 16 year old girl with short stature and delayed onset of puberty.

Findings: Ectopic posterior pituitary bright spot located at superior end of infundibular stalk at level of median eminence. Very small pituitary gland occupying floor of sella

Ddx: None

Dxhow: MRI

Exam: Small stature. Delayed bone age.
