Diagnosis: Kirner Deformity

History: 12yo boy with a bent little finger with no history of trauma

Findings: Frontal, lateral and oblique plain radiographs of the 5th finger demonstrate apex medial angulation of the distal phalanx of the 5th finger.

Ddx: Fracture, dislocation

Dxhow: Radiograph

Exam: Bent little finger, no pain
