History: 33 year old woman presents with a 1 month history of headaches and visual complaints

Findings: • Pineal region mass. • No enhancement, no calcification, nor hemorrhagic component.

Ddx: • Pineocytoma • Pineoblastoma • Germinoma • Lymphoma

Dxhow: Surgery and pathological examination

Exam: Non-contributory
