ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Epidermoid Inclusion Cyst

History: Middle aged patient with chronic headache, slowly progressive.

Findings: Slightly hetergeneous mass in the supracerebellar cistern (posterior fossa) extending through tentorial opening into the quadrigeminal cistern.

Ddx: <li>Arachnoid cyst <li>Epidermoid cyst <li>Dermoid cyst <li>Teratoma <li>Parasitic cyst
