ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Ameloblastoma

History: 20 year old male with left jaw pain.

Findings: Noncontrast CT shows a well-marginated, radiolucent, multiloculated, expansile lesion at the left mandibular angle. The lesion abuts but does not destroy several posterior molar teeth.

Ddx: Ameloblastoma Odontogentic Keratocyst Central Giant Cell Granuloma Residual Cyst Cemento-osseous Dysplasia Follicular Cyst Myxoma Hemorrhagic/Traumatic Bone Cyst

Dxhow: Biopsy

Exam: Noncontributory
