ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Findings consistent with Eagle Syndrome in the proper clinical setting.

History: 32 year-old male, rule out sinusitis.

Findings: Ossification of the bilateral stylohyoid ligaments (right greater than left). No significant paranasal sinus disease.

Ddx: Elongations of the styloid process bilaterally Ossification of the bilateraly stylohyoid ligaments

Dxhow: Non-contrast CT of the paranasal sinuses.
