ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Anterior Shoulder Dislocation

History: 32 year old man who came to the emergency room after falling and hitting his shoulder.

Findings: Frontal and scapular Y views demonstrate the humeral head to be anterior, medial and inferior to the glenoid fossa consistent with an anterior dislocation of the shoulder.

Ddx: None.

Dxhow: Radiology
