Diagnosis: Multiple cranial neuropathies

History: This 36 y.o. woman has multiple cranial nerve palsies, affecting all twelve nerves - but not at the same time.

Exam: CN 1-12 are NOT intact

This patient has a lesion involving the skull base and sphenoid sinus.  The lesion has destroyed the Olfactory nerve - Cranial Nerve 1 (CNI) - causing anosmia.
