History: The patient is a 63 year old male who presents for placement of a left subclavian line.

Ddx: 1. Veinous catheter within the internal mammary vein(although less likely in this case with catheter not in mid-clavicular line). 2. Possible arterial placement of the catheter

Dxhow: Anatomy confirmed with CT of the Chest
