ABSTRACT

Diagnosis: Cervical Ribs

History: 50 year old woman with 1 year history of pain and numbness in left arm when working with arm held over her head for a few moments.

Findings: Bilateral C7 ribs longer on the left. The left cervical rib partly encompasses the subclavian artery.

Ddx: • Thoracic outlet syndrome from cervical rib

Dxhow: CT scan

Exam: Negative
