Postcard features three portraits: Count Sano and Viscount Ogyu, who are the founders of the Japanese Red Cross Society, and Baron Hanabusa, an honorary president of the Japanese Red Cross Society. A red ribon circles around the portraits; it is tied in a bow at the top, above the portraits, and there is a medal on the bottom, below the portraits.
