Predominantly tan or discolored white poster with red and black lettering. Title at top of poster refers to "gymnastics of the organs." Visual image is a series of cartoon-style illustrations of various organs working out with tiny dumbbells. The organs include the brain, the "nerves" as represented by the spinal column, the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, stomach, and intestines. Caption text interspersed among illustrations promotes these exercises as the route to health, assured longevity, and vitality. Note text at bottom of poster states that the exercises are taught exclusively at Professor Desbonnet's physical culture schools.
