Dr. Fredrickson is leaning against the wall observing the conversation. A third man, only partially visible in the photo, is standing next to Dr. Axelrod. There is a clipboard on a door to Dr. Fredrickson's left and a notecard taped to the wall. The door to Dr. Fredrickson's right has wire mesh in the window.
