Dominant visual image is an illustration of a man and a woman climbing a flight of steps. The woman is ahead of the man and appears to move with ease. The man, who is smoking, is sweating and slumped over as he rests. Title spoken by woman. Additional illustrations in lower right corner show how arteries become clogged and lead to a heart attack.
