ABSTRACT

Comparison: Portable chest radiograph dated XXXX, XXXX.

Indication: XXXX-year-old XXXX with abdominal pain, cramping, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration. Chest pain and shortness of breath..

Findings: Heart size, mediastinal contour, and pulmonary vascularity are within normal limits. Stable tortuosity of the thoracic aorta. No focal consolidation, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax is identified. No acute osseous abnormality identified.

Impression: No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality. .
