ABSTRACT

Indication: XXXX-year-old female with chest pain and pelvic pain.

Findings: Chest. Heart size within normal limits. No focal airspace disease. No pneumothorax or effusions. Pelvis. There are numerous clips overlying the pelvis and lower abdomen. Nonobstructive bowel XXXX pattern. No pathologic calcifications. Hip joint spaces are symmetric and normal. Sacroiliac joints are unremarkable. No fractures or dislocations.

Impression: 1. Chest. No acute cardiopulmonary findings. 2. Pelvis. No acute osseous findings.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
