ABSTRACT

Comparison: AP chest dated XXXX.

Indication: XXXX-year-old with dyspnea.

Findings: The heart, pulmonary XXXX and mediastinum are within normal limits. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. There is bilateral basilar XXXX opacity compatible with atelectasis. There are somewhat low lung volumes. There is a calcified right hilar lymph node.

Impression: Bibasilar atelectasis.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
