ABSTRACT

Comparison: None available

Indication: tripped XXXX letting XXXX XXXX out, XXXX a possible XXXX, and now is c/o right arm/shoulder pain.PT unable to raise rt arm for lateral view due to PX

Findings: Heart size is normal. The lungs are clear. There are no focal air space consolidations. No pleural effusions or pneumothoraces. Aortic vascular calcifications. Normal pulmonary vascularity. Fracture-dislocation of the right shoulder. Bone demineralization. Scoliosis which is possibly positional.

Impression: Clear lungs. Fracture-dislocation of the proximal right shoulder .
