ABSTRACT

Comparison: Two views of the chest dated XXXX.

Indication: XXXX-year-old with dyspnea.

Findings: The heart, pulmonary XXXX and mediastinum are within normal limits. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. There is no focal airspace opacity to suggest a pneumonia. There are scoliotic changes of the thoracolumbar spine. There degenerative changes of the spine.

Impression: No acute cardiopulmonary disease.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
