ABSTRACT

Comparison: Chest radiograph on XXXX

Indication: XXXX-year-old woman with back pain

Findings: No acute osseous abnormality. Stable scattered endplate degenerative changes and osteophyte formation in the thoracic spine. Normal cardiomediastinal silhouette and hilar contours. No focal area of consolidation, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax.

Impression: 1. No acute radiographic cardiopulmonary or osseous process.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
