Indication: Chest pain, palpitations

Findings: Hyperinflated lungs with mildly flattened posterior diaphragm and increased retrosternal airspace. No alveolar consolidation, no findings of pleural effusion or pulmonary edema. Heart size within normal limits. No pneumothorax.

Impression: Hyperinflated lungs, air trapping versus inspiratory XXXX.
