ABSTRACT

Comparison: Chest radiograph XXXX

Indication: XXXX-year-old male post PICC placement

Impression: 1. Left PICC in the mid SVC. Negative for pneumothorax. 2. Unchanged bibasilar airspace opacities compatible with pulmonary effusions and atelectasis. Increased interstitial prominence may reflect underlying pulmonary edema possibly secondary to infectious etiology. 3. Stable postsurgical changes of the distal right clavicle.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
