ABSTRACT

Comparison: Two-view chest from XXXX.

Indication: XXXX-year-old male with dyspnea.

Findings: Stable marked cardiomegaly. Cardiac XXXX generator projects over the left mid hemithorax with a XXXX terminating in the right ventricle. No focal airspace disease. Mild central pulmonary vascular congestion. The heart has the same configuration as seen previously with a pericardial effusion on an abdominal CT in XXXX.

Impression: Cardiomegaly with central pulmonary vascular congestion and no acute cardiopulmonary findings.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
