ABSTRACT

Comparison: None.

Indication: XXXX-year-old with edema and chronic knee pain.

Findings: Chest: The heart size and cardiomediastinal silhouette are normal. The lungs are clear without focal airspace opacity, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax. The osseous structures are intact. Left knee: There is no fracture-dislocation. There are degenerative changes with medial compartment osteophytes. There is no suprapatellar effusion. There is a XXXX.

Impression: Chest: No acute cardiopulmonary finding. Left knee: Minimal degenerative changes, however no acute bony abnormality.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
